Hey besties, that’s a great question! The answer is I don’t. Well, okay so I DIDN’T but now I do – the last year and a half of traveling full time have been kind of like a trial run, what works, what doesn’t, how much $$ do I actually need to keep up my current lifestyle. All of that jazz. My partner Corey is casually awesome at 2394734 different things while I have focused more on in-person things like business coaching, teaching photography workshops, and boudoir photography for the last 10 years. Before this spring/summer I would work for 2-6 weeks then leave for 3-6 months at a time to travel and that worked well but I found the max I could be gone was 6 months without losing my mind from not working. I’m a routine girlie and while sunbathing, site seeing and eating the most delish foods were tons of fun, I was missing structure.
Then: seeing clients in-person and teaching workshops irl
Now: digital products and “Power Hour with Lindsey” business coaching intensives via Zoom
I am having a great time creating fun content, bringing my back coaching calls for creative business owners and re-thinking/re-working how I make money! Sometimes all you need is to be thrown into the deep end to boost creativity and your excitement to work! Granted I’m not making nearly as much as I was in the US but the cost of living here is literally 1/3 of what it was when I lived in Kentucky and North Carolina. Sooooo, I’ll take it!
I just joined Fiverr and Upwork to promote my business coaching, I am honestly still trying to figure out how it all works and how to capitalize on it – I’ve gotten my first Power Hour with Lindsey business coaching call scheduled through Fiverr so I’ll keep you guys updated on how this goes.
Lmk if you have any questions, I’ll do my best to answer them!
