You guys really dug the first blog post I wrote about my HCG experience so here I am, giving you an in-depth follow up! I am down 18 pounds (woo hoo) and feeling fabulous! I am not longer wanting to snack when I am bored or just hanging out and I am seeing changes that are not just specific to the scale! I have never liked weighing myself so I tend to go based off of how my clothes fit me – I am down 2 dress sizes, my jeans (though stretchy) are far too loose, and I am wearing crop tops feeling like the badass I know I am! I am down 2 dress sizes y’all! TWO DRESS SIZES!
I saw a bit of a slow down with my weight lost in the last week or so which is completely normal but what matters to me is how I FEEL. I am feeling energized, my skin is clearing up, my hair looks and feels healthier and I am definitely feeling more like my best self!
In the spirit of being candid (which y’all know is 100% me) I did “cheat” on my birthday. Not in the traditional sense where I gorged myself on cake, sweets, and other delicious things – I had a veggie burger patty, salad with oil based dressing, and non-approved sauce (ketchup). Definitely not the end of the world, we were at a cookout and our hosts made this for me which was SO sweet so I didn’t turn it down!

All in all, I am thrilled with the results thus far! I have a couple weeks left in my program and I cannot wait to see how much my body continues to change in that time. You better believe I will continue seeing results even after I finish my program! Now that my hormones are in check, I will likely continue a regimented lifestyle/diet plan.
